Viktor Kovyrev, MD is an anesthesiologist-intensivist with over 40 years of experience in both adult and pediatric medicine. He completed his residency in 1983 in Dnipro. He later served as Chief Medical Officer of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Children’s Hospital. Currently, he serves as a Chief of the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine at Dnipro City Hospital #8. His team regularly provides critical care to soldiers and civilians with war-related burn injuries.

His partnership with Help Ukrainian Hospitals, Inc aims to secure additional modern equipment and up-to-date medical training to provide better care for their patients.
