Regional Clinical Hospital provides highly qualified, highly specialized inpatient and consultative medical care in 35 specialties. Founded in 1949, it serves 1 million 100 thousand adult population of the region, is a basic coordinating institution for the introduction and development of advanced medical technologies, innovations in management, a scientific and practical base for departments of a medical university and a medical college. 765 beds have been deployed. There are 24 specialized inpatient departments, which are represented by beds of surgical, cardiosurgical, orthopedic, traumatological, neurosurgical, proctological, urological, ophthalmological, otolaryngological profiles, as well as vascular, thoracic and maxillofacial surgery, burn injury. The therapeutic profile is represented by beds – allergy, pulmonology, gastroenterology, nephrology, immunology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, vascular neurology, rheumatology, cardiology, hematology. The use of the latest medical technologies made it possible to open a number of specialized centers on the basis of specialized departments: pancreatological, endocrine surgery, microsurgery of the eye, microsurgery of ENT organs, nephrology and chroniodialysis.

in 27 specialties, with a capacity of 362 visits per day, more than 120,000 patients are admitted annually. There are specialized departments: dispensary endocrinology department, endoscopy room with the possibility of outpatient and endoscopic operations, clinical immunology center, screening diagnosis room for thyroid gland diseases, glaucoma room, surdology room. A coordination center for work with insurance companies has been created.

The institution operates on the basis of the following documents:

– The Statute of the Regional Clinical Hospital, which was approved by the decision of the Regional Council of September 20, 2019 under No. 1227-30/2019.

– Licenses of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for the right to carry out medical practice in 65 medical specialties. Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated February 24, 2020 No. 519 “On licensing of medical practice, activities of banks of umbilical cord blood, other tissues and human cells in accordance with the list approved by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine”.

– Accreditation certificate of the highest category of health care institution (series of the Ministry of Health, No. 014137), issued by the Main Accreditation Commission of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for the period from 07.23.2018. to 07/22/2021, registration number 10582;

– Certificates of attestation of the measuring laboratory, issued by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for the period from 03.11.2014. until 02.11.2019 No. 003844;

– Certificate for the quality management system, registered in the Register of LLC “Certification Body “Certification Center for Materials and Products” No. UA.MQ.048-296-20 dated February 4, 2021, valid until February 3, 2024. This certificate certifies that the quality management system of the regional clinical hospital meets the requirements of DSTU ISO 9001:2015.

The system of providing medical care provides for the constant adaptation of the management of the regional clinical hospital to new conditions, both internal and external, aimed at compliance with the rules and procedures recognized by the international community, as well as the quality of services, occupational safety and environmental protection.
